• In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days
• Made-to-order pieces require 2–4 weeks to be created, as each item is individually crafted for you
• Processing times may be extended during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances
Shipping Information
• All orders are shipped from Romania
• We currently ship within Romania and across Europe
• If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us via email or Instagram, and we will do our best to arrange delivery
Estimated Delivery Times
• Romania: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 7–10 business days
• Outside Europe: 7–14 business days (or longer, depending on location)
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and are non-refundable
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your delivery details
